Orange-Peanut Chicken And Pasta Bowl

  • 1 (8 oz.) package truRoots® Ancient Grains Organic Spaghetti
  • 2/3 cup prepared peanut satay sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade fruit spread
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro leaves, divided
  • 1/2 pound prepared grilled chicken breast strips
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cocktail peanuts


  1. COOK pasta in large pot of boiling salted water, just until al dente, about 7 to 9 minutes.
  2. HEAT satay sauce and marmalade in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pasta, chicken and 1 tablespoon of cilantro. Cook and stir until heated through. Divide mixture into two bowls. Garnish with remaining cilantro and peanuts.
