COMBINE berries, lemon juice and honey in small saucepan. Cook mixture over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture begins to bubble, about 4 to 6 minutes. Bring to a gentle boil. Stir in chia seeds. Cook until thickened, about 5 to 7 minutes.
POUR into 8-ounce jelly jar. Cover with lid. Chill.
