Roasted Vegetables with Garlic Grains

Instructions

  • HEAT oven to 450°F. Place vegetables in large bowl. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Spread evenly on 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

  • ROAST 25 to 30 minutes or until vegetables are fork-tender and lightly browned.
