Easy Chia Pudding

Instructions

  • COMBINE chia seeds, syrup and vanilla in large bowl. Stir until blended. Whisk in milk.

  • LET stand 30 minutes, whisking every 5 minutes. Chia seeds should begin to swell and pudding should begin to thicken.

  • POUR into serving dishes. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Pudding will continue to thicken.
