Chicken Pesto Pasta Salad
8 (1 cup) servings
- 1 (8 oz.) package ztruRoots® Organic Green Pea Fusilli Pasta
- 2/3 cup prepared refrigerated pesto
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced kalamata olives
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
- Salt and pepper to taste
- PREPARE pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
- COMBINE pasta, pesto, chicken, tomatoes, pepper, olives and lemon peel in large bowl. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
