1 (8 oz.) package truRoots® Ancient Grains Organic Spaghetti
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup minced onion
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil, plus sprigs for garnish
Dried grated Parmesan cheese
COOK pasta in large pot of salted boiling water, just until al dente, about 5 to 7 minutes. Drain.
HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute onions, 4 to 5 minutes, or until softened. Stir in tomatoes and vinegar. Bring to a boil. Simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in basil.
PLACE pasta on serving platter. Top with marinara, cheese and basil sprigs for garnish.
