Orange Banana Smoothie with Chia
1/3 cup vanilla flavored or plain Greek yogurt
3 mandarin or clementine oranges, peeled, pith removed and sectioned (1 cup)
1/2 sliced frozen banana
1 tablespoon truRoots® Organic Chia Seeds
3 to 4 ice cubes
- PLACE yogurt, oranges, banana, chia seeds and ice cubes in blender container. Cover and process until smooth.
- Frozen Orange Banana Pops with Chia
- DIVIDE evenly into 6 (3 oz.) cups or ice pop molds. Cover cups with foil. Insert food-safe wooden craft sticks into center. Freeze 3 hours or until firm.
