On-The-Go Red Raspberry Vanilla Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup vanilla flavored almond milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek nonfat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon truRoots® Organic Chia Seeds
  • 6 tablespoons Santa Cruz Organic® Seedless Red Raspberry Fruit Spread
  • 2 (1 pint) canning jars with lids

Instructions

  1. COMBINE oats, almond milk, yogurt and chia seeds in medium bowl.
  2. SPOON 1 tablespoon fruit spread in base of each jar. Divide oatmeal mixture evenly into jars. Top each with 2 tablespoons fruit spread. Cover with lids. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Eat chilled or at room temperature.
