Classic Tomato and Basil Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) package truRoots┬« Organic Red Lentil Sedanini Pasta
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. PREPARE pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, HEAT oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until tomatoes soften.
  3. DRAIN pasta and return to pot. Stir in tomato mixture, cheese and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
