Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) package truRoots┬« Organic Green Pea Fusilli Pasta
  • 2/3 cup prepared refrigerated pesto
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced kalamata olives
  • 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. PREPARE pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
  2. COMBINE pasta, pesto, chicken, tomatoes, pepper, olives and lemon peel in large bowl. Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
